Printing One Of Each Label From Database

Hi All, 

 

First post here!!!!!

 

I'm trying to find a way to print one of each of the entries in our Database.(Spreadsheet really) without going through and printing one at a time...

 

Using the OLE DB with an xls file type...

 

Is there any other info I may need to work this one out?????
