Page Size Won`t Change
I`m using the latest version of Bartender Automation on a brand new Zebra 105 SL Plus 300dpi Printer.
I am using the latest driver from the Seagull Scientific website. I am printing direct from Bartender to the Zebra Printer.
The problem I have is that I cannot figure out how to change the page size.
I am using continuous media to print labels.
I initially set my page size as 50mm length x 70mm width but the labels that came off were 60mm in length.
I initially thought the problem was the software adding a margin but when I later tried to create a label at 100mm length this printed only the first 60mm then just ignored the rest of the label.
After much changing of settings I successfully (somehow) changed the page size to 50mm length but I don`t know how I did it because now it is stuck at 50mm and won`t change.
It seems that there are `page set up` settings in 3 different places within the program. I have tried to set them all to the same but it doesn`t make any difference.
The three places are as follows,
within bartender
File < Page set up < Page < page size
outside of bartender in Devices in Printers, right click the Printer and either in advanced settings or general setting.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but it makes no difference.
I have used a Laptop running Windows 7 and a Desktop running Windows XP but that also doesn`t make a difference.
The maximum page size setting on the Printer is 3" (75mm) but changing this has no effect

First of all, you need to make sure that the Stock settings are properly set for your document. Do this via the "File > Print" dialog, now by clicking the "Document Properties..." button and finally by setting the proper "Print Method" and "Media Type" (Continuous in your case).
Once this has been done, set your page and label size via the "File > Page Setup" dialog. An introductional video can be found at:

Do you not remember what changes you did when attempting to set a 50mm high label? When removing the printer drivers, how did you do it exactly? Did you use our "DriverWizard.exe" tool for this?

The Printer is set to Continuous Media.Bartender is set to use Printer settings.I have tried changing this to Continuous in Bartender. It made no difference.When I originally set up as 70 x 50mm I did nothing special. From memory I have used the same steps to try and change the setting.It seems there is some conflict within the program about the page size. In all cases the print out is 70 x 50mm but it is shown differently in different places as follows,1) If I go into File > Print > Document Properties > Page set up then the options I have are,USER 67.5mm x 160mm (this one is selected – there is no option to select 70 x 160mm. If I edit this to 70 x 160mm then the below changes to 72.5 x 160mm automatically)2 x 4 50.8mm x 101.6mm4 x 4 101.6mm x 101.6mm4 x 6 101.6mm x 152.4mm7050 70mm x 50mmNew Stock 70mm x 55mm2) If I go into File > Page set up > Page then the options I have are,User defined size which is displayed as 70mm x 160mm (this one is selected – it seems to always be 2.5mm wider than the above setting?)2 x 44 x 44 x 67050New stock3) If I go into control panel > printers > (right click) > General > Printing preferences > Page set up then the options I have are,USER 101.6 x 101.6mm (this one is selected – changing it doesn`t make a difference. for the benefit of anyone else suffering from this problem, the (eventual) answer was in the following menu
file> print > document properties> stock
these options need to be set by the software and not by the printer.
so in my case i changed this to thermal transfer and continuous media
it doesn`t make sense as these settings shouldn`t have an effect on the page size but it worked
