Picture Get File Name From Datasource Bug When Default Path Not Set

On the latest 2016 R2 Designer if you set the full path of an image in an embeded tag or vbscript the file will not load. Example "c:\picture" & "123" & ".png" but if you set the default path to c:\ then "picture" & "123" & ".png" will work.

 

This used to work in R1 and is a huge issue when trying to print 8.0 labels with images on them

  Yes, this is a known issue and will be fixed in R3 which is due out in the next few weeks.
