Help. Error # 3613
Hello I've been using bartender lite version for quite some time .Few days back i downloaded the professional demo version.
Now every time i start i receive the following message:
BarTender: Error Message # 3613
The current image object could not be loaded due to its data format being corrupted in file: c:\users\Ian\Documents\Bar Tender\Components\Component. 4.btc
All the Embeded images are gone,Wen i try to insert a picture , thismessage appears. Error Message #3631 An image error occured: Invalid Structure size

I would guess the Professional version overwrote the component BTC files in the BarTender folder of My Documents. The Profession version number might well be newer than what you have with the Ultra Lite.

Was this fixed?, I have a similar situation on Bartender Automation 10.1 SR4.
Appear this error message:
Bartender: Error Message #3613
The current image object could not be loaded due to its data format being corrupted in file:
C:\Users\mdmadmin\AppData\Local\Temp\BTW{4D511985-6331-421F-BDD0-5772C4A907BF}.bmp
When hit "OK" appear this other error message>
Bartender: Error Message #3609
A picture object on the template has not been properly assigned a picture file.
Picture Object: "Picture 13"
Image Error -10: File not found
In other times appear the same errores but diferents picture file.
Could you help me to fix that?

Yes it was fixed.
I do not remember exactly what I did , but I would recommend the following:
1. Take backup
2. Uninstall Bartender
3. Manually remove folders that remain from /ProgramFiles
4. Uninstall SQL Server ( not sure but I had two entries for SQL)
5. Ccleaner
6. Reboot and Reinstall
