Btsystem.service.exe Consuming Cpu And Ram

Hi,

I have Bartender 10.1 SR1 installed on Windows Server 2003 SP2 and BtSystem.service.exe is consuming 15% and more than 1.5Gb of ram. It never goes down.

Even if nobody is using it.

Is that normal?

  My BarTender System Service takes 33MB of RAM - this varies in usage, but 1.5GB fells too big.

   

  Try apply the latest BarTender 10.1. Re-connect to system database using System database setup wizard.

  In system database setup, enable Cache log to disk.

   

  Or - if you're not using database log (history explorer), global data field and librarian, you could simply disable log from Administer > logging setup > log to database, and disable BarTender system service.
