How Do You Print An Image Stored In The Printers Memory
Hi, I'm new to Bartender
I’m using a Datamax I-Class printer and for performance reasons I store the Image
internally on the printer. On the
Datamax printer the images are known by name up to 16 characters.
Does Bartender support printing an image stored on the printer and if so how
do I go about it?
Cheers
Peter.

No we don't support this, unless of course you choose to enable the automatic caching of graphical items under the "Performance" tab of the "Print" dialog for print time optimization and speed.
A workaround would be to recall the stored image using a printer command font enabled in the driver and then used in the BarTender document, but that's not terribly user friendly or WYSIWYG.

Thank you Ian for your reply. I suspected this might have been the case.
I do find it interesting that it is not supported given that the printers have been able to store images from the get go.
Perhaps it could be a future enhancement. :-)

This is indeed a feature request item in our system. I will add a new hit on your behalf.
