    1. Please update BT v10.0 to its latest service release, which is 10.0 SR4:

    http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/label-software/fixes_100.aspx

    2. To which printer make and model do you print? What printer driver (and version) have you installed for this printer?

    3. Are you saying that the print job data logging done by BarTender also shows the bad serial numbers?

    4. Please also attach the BarTender document (.btw) for me to examine.

    5. Are you directly printing from BarTender, or via some sort of Automation?

    6. With regards to the missing objects on the label, open the BarTender document, access the "File > Print > Performance" dialog and try disabling all "Printer Optimizations"? Does the label now try to print properly? If yes, try re-enabling some of these optimizations until you find the one with which the printer isn't fully compatible with.

Hi, Domingo.  Could I send you some of this information to you directly?  I am not comfortable posting some of it on a public forum - such as the btw file.

At this time, we cannot do that.  Label printing is a validated process so to update BT will require extensive revalidation throughout the plant.  I am working with our production people to obtain a testing machine to test this out, however.

    Lexmark Universal v2 XL

    Yes.

I cannot do that in a public forum, however, I could email it to you directly.

    5. Are you directly printing from BarTender, or via some sort of Automation?

    Directly from Bartender.
