Limit Number Of Templates That Can Be Opened

Hello,

 

Is there any way to limit the number of templates that a user can have opened at once?

 

We have multiple users using the software at the same time and they have a bad habit of not closing the template when done. So this ends up locking up the template for other people to use. Is there a way to prevent this?

  Instead of directly printing from BarTender, the operators could print from Print Station, which is our "Click and Print" application which uses BarTender in the background. In PrintStation, you can set a limit to the BarTender documents which are open. Do this via the "Document Caching" tab of Print Station Setup dialog.
