Download and install v10.0 SR3 to see if you still have the problem:

I sounds like you need to speak with your network admin or something as this is not a general BarTender issue.

Note that mapped network drives are user specific, and therefore can differ between users on the same machine.

Why does running bartender in Administrator mode of the PC doesn't show the mapped network drive.
Why is it when i run bartender in regular user mode my bartender crashes when i try to safe the file to a network in which i have full access.

These issues don't exist in Bartender 7.75 under WinXP or Bartender 9.

    1. "Why does running bartender in Administrator mode of the PC doesn't show the mapped network drive"

Mapped network drives in Windows exist on a per user account profile basis. Mapped drives created in one user will not exist in another unless you create it for that user profile also.

    2. "Why is it when i run bartender in regular user mode my bartender crashes when i try to safe the file to a network in which i have full access."

The answer is I don't know based on the information here. This is not a general problem as I and many others don't suffer from this issue. There is something particular about your environment that is causing BarTender to fail. My guess is that it is something to do with permissions, even though you say you have full access.

I suggest you get in touch with your local technical support office as we will need to go more in-depth with this issue than the forum permits.

The error you are reporting is a general error and the fix will come down to your environment and what you did to produce the error (open a label, print a label, etc).  I suggest contacting your local technical support office so they can open a ticket and analyze your issue.
