Font Issue After Upgrade

We updated from 7.1 enterprise to 10.0 professional and the Font does not print out the same.
We installed the new version on a new computer and also installed two new printer drivers ZDesigner 170XiIII Plus and we have been using Zebra 170XiIII Plus (300 dpi) on the old computers.
Note we did not buy new printers.

When I open the Bartender file that was created in Bartender 7.1 enterprise in the new version it and print the fonts are printer different even though I didn't change the fonts

Any reason why this is.
The font I am using is Arial different sizes and bold

  The ZDesigner print driver should be used for Zebra Designer. If you're using BarTender, please install the Seagull driver for your printer.

  As was suggested, we do recommend using the Seagull Scientific printer drivers with BarTender. Although the drivers are compatible with any Windows program using standard Windows printing, you can also take advantage of performance benefits by using BarTender in conjunction with Drivers by Seagull.
