Load Multiple Values Into A Pdf417 Barcode From Excel File

I've tried several Do While loops to create a string of values from an Excel file to load multiple values into a PDF417 barcode but have been unable to so. I'm new at VB Scripting and I'm not sure on how to create the string. I know it can be done because if I hard code the values it works. Can someone please help me with this. I am trying to do it by loading the database field in the data tab of the label and then writing my code in the VB Scripting OnProcessData area, is this correct?

  I needed to get the data using Visual Basic Script as the Data Source in OnAutoSelected Event. Code attached.
