Locking Labels For Editing
I am running bartender 10.0 SR4 enterprise automation. I am wondering how to lock a section of label from being edited. I want an operator to be able to edit the text in only one section of the label and the rest of the label can not be edited. I know that the text can be locked for location but am unsure of how to lock it for editing. Any help would be great.

You can use either the Security Center or a document level password to secure the document in the way suggested. I suggest you read through the below white paper.

Of course, if you wish to set the value of a text object at print time then it makes sense to set that as a prompt at print time data source via a data entry form.
