    Hi Ian,

     

    thank you for your response.  I have sent it over to the IT team so that they can administer the suggested changes (i'm not down as admin so don't have the permissions to do so).  Does it make a difference with what operating system we are running??  Currently we run Windows 7.

    If you're running a modern version of Windows (including Windows 7) then you should be fine.  Doing this on Windows 98 would be a different story...

    Hi Ian,

     

    We have found that as long as we don't end a line, or sentence, with an English character such as any punctuation or number then the text remains as you input it.  As soon as you end a line or sentence with an English character such as punctuation or numbers, then the text alters.  Now we have worked this out, we can work around it.
