Changed Value For "substitute Best Matching Printer Font"

Hi,

 

Other than manual manipulation (voluntary or unvoluntary) within the BarTender software, is there any other possible trigger that might cause the checkbox value for "Substitute Best Matching Printer Font" to become checked, where it was previously unchecked.

 

E.g. when opening the layout file on another computer where different printers are installed?

  Yes, via the "Print" dialog under the "Performance" tab, the "Warn when using true type fonts" item.  When enabled this will display a dialog at print time that can result in the print operator enabling font substitution on all Windows fonts.  Note this is a user profile level setting per BarTender installation.  Change the radio button to be for "this document only" and save the document in order for it to a document specific setting.
