Data Entry Not Printing Correct Data

Hi,

I have a label that is connected successfully to a database and I am able to see the correct data fields in the browse tab of the Data Connection Setup. The Label has the Product Code, Prod. Description and Barcode

I have the Data Entry Form setup for the Product Code field and the Print quantity. The Product Code is connected to the Data Source (Product Code) in the Template Object Data Source.

 

The issue is when I print and get prompted witht he Data Entry Form, I enter the product code and qty and when the print job is printed, the correct qty is printed and the Product Code is correct, however the Product description and Barcode is the 1st line of the database.

 

Any ideas why this could be happening?

  You need to configure a query prompt in the database setup, and perhaps the record selection window.  See the below training videos.
