Time And Date Within Serial Number?

Hi there, I'm trying to create a barcode to what is shown in the attached image , is there any way to use a week number?

  Week number can be shown using custom date format such as

  WWWW: Week number, from 01 to 54 (where Monday is the first day of the week)

  For other patterns, see the bottom of
