Item Number Cross Reference

I need to cross reference a part number to another part number. For instance, our customer wants us to put our part number and their part number on our label. I have the cross-references in a SQL query. Our part number is inserted onto the label with a different SQL table. What I need to do is display the cross-referenced part of whatever other part is inserted. 

 

For instance, If PartA is Cross-referenced to PartA1 in my SQL Table, then when the first field is populated with PartA, the second field is automatically populated with PartA1.
