Serialization Changes From 9.4 To 10.1
We recently updated our Bartender Suite from 9.4 to 10.1. Now we are having issues with the formats that were created in 9.4. All of our serial numbers are set up to decrement. We store the serial numbers in a Sql Database, so that when the next print job starts it compares the starting serial number with the last serial number printed. If the starting serial number is less than the current value we throw a error and cancel printing. We had no issues until we updated to 10.1 and now are getting errors constantly. These errors never happened in versions prior to 10. Below is how the vbscript is set up.

What build number of BT v10.1 are you running? Is it the latest 2961 build?
When you do "sBeginSerial < Value", can you check (via a MsgBox e.g.) if the values for sBeginSerial and for "Value" are correct? If they aren't updating properly, please get in contact with our support team:

When you sent the email, attach the company and BT registration details, and the most simple BarTender document and database file (if possible, a text database) which reproduces this issue.
