Perhaps I did not explain the situation very well. I need those text boxes to be manually updated at print, I have the text box type is embedded data that is entered into a data entry form at print. (example: quantity change or Purchase order number) I am running a query from a database to pull up any information that does not change to keep my employees from having to type or search unnecissary information.

Can I run a query for this information and still update the two textboxes mannually at print?

I get what you were saying now, I was focusing in on the textbox and the where the data source was getting the information instead of the output. All I had to do was delete the control box on the data entry form page that was previously connected to the textboxes that are now being automated though the Access database.

Thanks a lot it is working perfectly. Still new to the program, but I am learning.
