    Hello Nilbjorn,

Please note that BarTender uses a third party component called "LeadTools" to control the image processing, which is a black box for us. It seems that Leadtools have a problem with the .svg files when rendering line width. We know of this issue and we've opened (some time ago) a feature request ticket with them to try fixing it on future releases of their component.

I'm guessing that the there's a similar problem with .emf files, but on this case I haven't found any reported problem till now. I'll send your files to our development department on this regard, but it probably ends up back to the component actually processing the graphic information.

In the meantime, couldn't you export such image files to a different format such as .png or some other vectored format?

    Regards.

    Hi Fernando,

Thank you for looking into the issue and for forwarding it to the right department.

We are using a wide range of Bartender files, and unfortunately the quality of raster images such as .jpg or .png isn't good enough for our production. I think the reason why we are using .emf and .svg images as a standard today is because previous verisons of Bartender had an issue with .eps files. The problem is that we have hundreds of vector images we would need to look over and test.

I realize this may be far-fetched, but do you have any idea when a fix can be expected?

Please note that such an issue depends on an external component, not on use. We've opened a ticket with them on this matter, but unfortunately how much time it takes is out of our hands.

In any case, if any information on this regards comes to my hands I'll let you know.
