One Label, Two Databases

I'm sure there must be information somewhere, but I am struggling to find it.

 

I have created a simple label that needs to read customer data and product data from two separate and unrelated databases (both excel).  I can successfully link one data source, but it fails when I try to link two.

 

Surely the outcome required must be a common requirement, so I expect there is a simple solution available. 

 

We use Bartender 10.1 Professional.

  this is completely possible ... but they databases have to be related in some way using the multi-database  joins tab under the database setup.
