Do you have a template you could share for a UPS GS1-128 label?

  In your BarTender Sample Documents folder (Installed to User > My Documents > Bartender > BarTender Documents ) There is a folder in there for UPS Labels.

   

  Is that close to what you're looking for? I don't believe UPS shipping uses a "GS1-128" as you say, just a standard code 128. There is also a sample documents folder for UCC-EAN 128 that you could look at
