Label Margins And Formatting For Sato Left Hand Printer
I'm using BarTender 10.1 and creating labels for a SATO M-8485Se printer. I have two versions of the printer in house, a Right Hand and a Left Hand printer version. The labels developed for the right hand work fine, but when I orient the bartender label for landscape 180 the label doesn't print correctly. There is a large gap of white space on the left hand side of the label. I have very tight space requirements on the label and need to claim the white space on the left side of the label so the barcode does not trail off the end of the page. I have the margins set to 0 and the text objects, etc etc on the left side of the label are set to as far left as possible. But when the label is printed to the printer there is almost .5 inches on the left side of the label that is blank.
Any help would be appreciated.

1. Check the unprintable margin of the printer driver in use. Do this via the driver properties, select the "Tools" tab, click "Driver Options" button, and from the dialog that opens select the "Printer Specifications" tab. The unprintable margin indicates the area of the physical print head on the left edge that the printer manufacturer has indicated to us is not reliable for printing into. The margin on your page setup needs to be equal or greater than the unprintable margin in order to avoid offsetting issues. You can change the unprintable margin value to zero if you wish, but have in mind the print might not be able to print to it successfully.
2. If you still have problems attach the BarTender document for us to examine.
