Error "print When"

If a select "when to print" on an object I got this error:

 

The following places reference a nonexistent filed "fieldname"

Print condition of object "objectname"

These conditions will not evaluate as expected.

 

Bizard , because I select the fieldname from the dropdown list.

 

FYI, I'm using a SQL query on my Database connection setup. (use custom SQLl statement).

 

P.S. I have same error when select template selector..

  However, If my database connection setup is based on tables (not custom SQl stastement) by template selection works fine.

   

  Seems to be a "bug".

   

  Please advise.

  Hello Jramirezj,

   

  1. Could you attach a screenshot of the error you are getting?

   

  2. Are you using an SQL database or some other type of database?

   

  3. What exact custom SQL statement are you using to connect to to your database?

   

  4. Also, what exact version edition and build of BarTender are you working with?

  Hello,

   

  That error appears when BarTender cannot find the specified database field, are you sure that the field is correctly reference in your custom SQL code?

   

  Could you attach your BarTender document (or a sample document) so I can take a look at the customer SQL code?
