How To Make The Prompt Screen Show Up
Other than using Print Station to bypass Bartender, is there a way to have the prompt screen show up right when you open the file? Instead of the users having to click print to get the prompt screen to show up, I would like that screen to be the first thing they see.
I would use Print Station but when I tried it, the file doesn't stay open to print another label. The btw file is set up to automatically print again. Is there a way to have Print Station do this?

The 'automatically print again' function was added to Print Station as of BarTender 9.4 sr1.
You could use a shortcut file to facilitate automatic printing on open, basically create a Windows shortcut in this format:
C:\Program Files\Seagull\Bartender\bartend.exe /AF="c:\labelformat.btw" /PRN="Printer" /p
Putting a /P will start the print procedure automatically.

Thank you. I was able to get it to work.
I have one more question. After all the labels are printed and you close the prompt screen, the label template comes up. Is there a way to exit the file without the label design screen showing up?

Nevermind, I was able to figure it out. I just needed to add /x at the end.
