System Crashes When Creating New Label
I'm having a very major and interesting issue:
I'm creating a label, and when I place any componant onto the new label, the system crashes.
I'm attaching a photo of what the error looks like.
The way i create new labels now is, i take a copy of an old lable, delete everything on it and continue from there.
I'm using ver 10.1

This kind of error is quite general and by it self won't tell us much of what caused your issue.
When BarTender crashes, it will automatically create a dump file in the «CommonApplicationData»\Seagull\BarTender\Dump directory, of the form BarTend_xxxx.dmp, where xxxx is a number up to 9999; could you send the generated dump file to your regional tech support so we can take a look at it and verify what exactly caused this issue?
Also do send us any Windows event log related to this issue for us to study.
You can find our contact details on the below webpage:

*Please do include in your email what exact BarTender version, edition and build of BarTender you are working with, the Windows OS in use and your support number (from the "Help>About..." dialog).
Cheers!

Make sure as well that Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable package is installed.
