Barcode Data Limited To 8 Characters?????
Hi,
I'm using 7.10 - and the "technical support" basically refused to help me as it's an 'unsupported version'. nough about that. I hope someone here can help me - I have a simple, Code39 font bar code field I placed on a fresh, new label. If I type ANYthing more than than 9 characters in the sample data field for it - it is automatically truncated to 9 characters. I cannot find any type of field property etc. that would make this the limit - I even set the 'maximum characters' property to 30 as my data will be around 25 - 30 characters. This is a label I'll open every time and manually update all fields on the screen, then print it. Am I putting the data in wrong (somehow?). Hope someone can help. Thank you.

I am in the same situation requiring this file but now the link to the file is no longer valid.
Can someone please send me the file? - I think it was a DLL but can't remember so if you know the file name it might help as I might be able to resurrect the old PC to find it.
Yes I could upgrade but as we know command line switches has been removed from professional so the expense out ways benefit. This version worked perfectly well for the simple (prompting mode) application I require it for.

After a bit of searching I found the file on another PC in the download folder and it is called "riched20.dll" (422 KB) and needs to be put in the same folder as bartend.exe
If you need it just let me know and I will send it to you.

May I have a copy of either the fix download copy or a copy of the riched20.dll for my installed copy of Professional 7.10 with build 1056?

Thank you very much for the quick response and help.
Your email has been quarantined as a possible SPAM mail, it might be because of a binary attachment ( the dll file). I tried to retrieve it but fail again delivering to my inbox ( a cyclic SPAM-Loop?)
Is there another way to receive this particular dll?
