2D Barcode Issue

Hi,

I am using Bartender v9.4 SR1.  I have a question on PDF417 barcode setting please refer to attached picture.  Somehow the string of barcode automatically switch to second line after 000100.00.  I would like to make it just one line instead of two lines.

  Hello cascor,

   

  That information should only be the preview of the actual data, not what you'll later get on the label. Do you get two lines on the actual "Human Readable" section of the barcode when clicking on the "OK" button?

   

  If that is the case, could you attach a sample label with only your barcode displaying this issue for us to analyse?
