Changing Font Colour Based On Data

I'm trying to develop an Employee Badge through BarTender 10.0. I'm curious if I can print the Employee name a specific colour based on which plant he is assigned?

  Is it possible to use VB scripting to change Font attributes (like colour) at print time?

  Thanks for the response Ian.
  
  I reviewed the White paper and looked at the GHS_Demo.btw file. Does that mean that text property objects can only have those attributes modified at the VBScript Document level or can I just throw a line of script on the actual Text box itself?

  I think you need to do it at the document level.
