Skipping Every Other Label
I'm pretty new to Bartender. We have version 9.4 sr3 and the Seagull driver for a Zebra RZ400. The labels are 4" wide by 2" high. Even when I put some test text in the middle of the label it skips one. My designed label prints fine (not sure if RFID is working yet), but in that case it skips two with one labeled as void. I have yet to get it print in sequence usign all labels. At .40 per label testing is getting expensive! Ha.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Are you sure the printer is calibrated? When you press the feed button on the front panel, does it feed one or two labels? If one, then you're calibrated, if two, then refer to your manual to calibrate the Zebra printer.
If it does seem calibrated, feel free to attach your BarTender file here so someone can take a look to see why it's trying to print 2 labels. Have you set up your label format to do a front/back print? That may also cause that behavior.0 -
I have the same problem but mines calibrated

Try setting your label length in the printer preference to 0.05" longer than your label. If that doesn't work then add 0.1"
I have had success with this.
