Adding Another Label With Different Dimension
Hello all
I work in a medical industry, trying out this software.. we have our labels (see attached)[attachment=151:Label.pdf] which has a smaller label but it is included into the one print out.
how can i configure bar tender to have this seperate smaller label into one print?
I have tryied adding 2 columns (however both labels need to be the same dimension and shape), also added another template (which ended up resizing both labels
the same) and viewed all the tutorial but cannot figure this out..
If anyone has any knowledge that can help me out please let me know..
Thank you for your time.
Andrew

If you just make one format big enough to cover both labels, does it not work?
it looks like you have a roll of labels that has a small label, then a gap, then a big label, then a gap, correct? This can be a big issue, since printers normally sense your labels based on the gaps, and this change in label size will certainly confuse it. How well does your printer normally sense these?0 -
actually i thought about adding one big format after i pressed the send button on my topic (please dont hire me im slow haha) i will try that now..
I had a Brady BP-PR300plus printer which detected these labels, there was a software update and now it only prints the top label (we had set up 2
templates and it worked fine before..)
i will try one large format and i think that should cover it.. will post if it doesnt work.. sorry for the trouble lol0
