File Won't Open

I have a file that was created and saved in version 4.32. I have since upgraded to 9.3. I cannot get the file to open. any suggestions besides redesigning the file?

  You have a label format is created at Bartender 4.32 but can not be opened at Bartender 9.3?? Do you receive any error message from Bartender or from Window event log?
  
  Can you share with us
  
  1) Operating system in use
  2) Share us with the label format file you use but can not open?
