Problems With Nombers Of Active Printes
Our organization has license of version 9.4 sr3/
the licence includes 40 printers.
In the past 2 months, there are 2 printers that are on the list of licenses and are not exist.
It show tahat they are in use evry day' in evry hour that i check.
pls help me to take the out of the list.

Just because a printer doesn't physically exist doesn't mean it doesn't still exist on someones computer. I would suggest going to History Explorer and using the Custom search functionality to find out which computer is sending the print jobs to the non-existent printers.

Ase u see i am checking the problem for 2 monthes.
all the printers are serving one program.
the checking wase made in houres that nobody work.
one printer according to the information were installing on a server.
there is not such printer one this server. I even checked it when the server wase shutdown.
I am looking for a saluthion to arrase al the history one time and to start from a "clean table" again.
