Installation Of Bartender Enterprise Automation Doesn't Find License Server

Hello everyone,
 

I have a Problem with an installation of Bartender 10 on a new windows 7 machine.

After the installation Bartender starts in Test Mode even though there is a license Server in the network active. (the setup even mentions that it located a license server in the network during installation)

 

The License server runs version 10.0 SR1.

 

We’ve tried to install enterprise automation 10.0 sr1 (to conform with version of license server) and also the latest version 10.1. Sr2. Both start in Test Mode on the client machine. There is also no option available to search for the license server in Bartender after installation (I was able to ascertain that by checking other installations where the option is indeed available)

  nevermind my thread.

   

  I had the wrong version and the wrong corresponding key. This thread can be deleted.
