Bartender New Could Not Be Started

I started to use Bartender on my MVC application, it works smoothly
when debugging in visual studio 2010 . 
My only problem is when I published the application in IIS7, it seems that
Bartender  new engine doesn't start. I also registered bartend.exe /register through command prompt but got same problem.

 

Help guys..

  A couple of things to try:

   

  Run the application under its own application pool in IIS.

   

  Make sure that IIS 6 compatibility is enabled:
