Error Message When Removing/installing 10.1

Hi!

We have version 10.1 installed on a Windows XP machine.
When trying to change or remove the application, we get the following message:

 

Windows Installer: Error applying transforms. Verifi that the specified transform paths are valid.

 

See attached image.

 

Any good ideas?

 

I have also tried to remove the files mkanually and re-install, but the same message appears.

  Sounds like Windows installer issue - try this MS fixit tool and manual removal from there.
