Wps On Server 2012/2012R2 Status

Hello, wondering if we'll see support for 2012+ soon? We have eliminated all '08 servers from our environment so been trying with no success using the installer for BT 10.1 SR4 on 2012. After an hour or so of wasting time trying, even though not listed in supported OSs; thought it would be a good idea to check here.

 

Have IIS configured, IIS user configured and folder security set properly, tried Application Pool for WPS version 4.0 and 2.0 (instructions call for .Net 2, which is not on 2012), restarted IIS, etc.

  As you see here, Windows Server 2012/R2 is indeed supported by the BarTender Suite: http://www.seagullscientific.com/label-software/barcode-label-software-features.aspx#compat

   

  For the .NET Framework support, simply go to the "Programs and Features" item in the Windows Control Panel, and turn on the .NET Framework 3.5 Windows feature as this incorporates both 2.0 and 3.0 frameworks.
