How To Reuse License Key From Deleted Virtual Machine?

Hi,

we have a Bartender Professional License and we installed it on a virtual machine. Due to a combination of factors, the VM got destroyed. We are now reinstalling the software but we can't activate it because, yes, our license is still - wrongly meanwhile - registered as "active".

How can we solve this?

  You have to contact Bartender directly so they can release it for you.

  Yes, Slickson is correct.  Contact technical support for your region for help.  This sort of problem cannot be dealt with on a public forum.
