Bartender Professional (Terminal Server)
I've installed Bartender Professional 9.3 SR2 on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard (SP1).
The server is used as a Terminal Server.
I know that the program only can run one time. But some users can start the program, and some users get the message that the version is a trial/demo version.
How can I resolve this?

The Professional edition is limited on a Terminal Server to a single concurrent user. If one user is already running BarTender, then another user in a different session will only be able to use the software in Trial/demo mode. Users need to fully log off, therefore terminating the session, before another user can properly use the software. Leaving a session suspended by just closing the remote desktop window, which some users are prone to doing, is not sufficient.
If BarTender is to be run on a Terminal/Citrix Server between many users then we really do recommend that the Automation edition or above is used.0
