Printer Calibration Required

Hi..

We have 200+  label templates for 15+ different label sizes. We use Zeebra ZT230 printers and use command line printing (passing files ,exe and parameters from another program.) 

My issue is every time when change in the label, it's required to calibrate the printer. It's painful. Here I have used the Bartender printer drivers.

 

Our existing printing Software 'label view' does not require any printer calibration for each label sizes and I do not aware that it has been configured/set up to be so. And hopefully this will be replaced with Bartender.

Therefore,  Any suggestions that I need to setup??
