Insert Excel-File As An Database With Excel

I think that this question, maybe doesn't have an answer.

But anyway, this is the case.

First I have made an template for an tag with data related to an excel-file.

This label also contains data related to the bartender VBA (compares values from the excel-file and insert the correct picture)

Second I have this Excel-file full loaded with VBA logics.

This file is meant to be copied more than thousand times, so there will be thousand filenames.

So I want to make an commandbutton IN THE EXCEL-FILE.

When clicking this button:

Connect the excel-file with the BarTender Template.
Select the right records for printing (Only the records with data, so no blanks).
Start printing.

The point is, I don't want the user messing around in the BTW-files settings. Everything needs to work at the background.

Can somebody help me with this issue? It would be an big relief.
