    Sorry, but currently we don't support web services as an integration method with our middleware application Commander.  What you'll need to do is build your own web service to receive/send data from/to your system and then control BarTender via automation (or Commander) to then have the labels print.

    Hi Ian, okay clear, what alternative would be a good solution. Personally i was thinking of downloading xml from the webservice, then import that data into sql database frequently. Would this alternative be the easiest solution? I would like to know your thought on this.

    If you can get hold of the XML and save it to file (or send on a local network port) then you can make use of the Commander middleware application to transform your system's XML schema into BarTender XML Script, and then have BarTender execute that to produce the print job.
