Replace() Function In Sql?

i need to replace string in a field in my database. 

i tried replace() function, but it doesn' t work.

is there any way to do that?

  If you're using BarTender, In text / barcode's datasource, after receive data via database field, you can apply search and replace from Data source > Transform.
