Failed To Connect To Excel Db Source By Bt7.72

We encountered the following error message about "Open Database Connectivity" when using Excel as data source by BT7.72

 

We have no problem when we use txt as data source.

 

Does anyone know how to fix that error?

  You don't give much details about the Excel file version you're using, but perhaps you need to download and install the newer data components.

  Of course, you could always save the files as an older XLS file, or upgrade the version of BarTender in use.
