You want to set a separate global quantity for all files, and then print them all at once?

I may suggest you use BatchMaker, but set up all of your files to pull their quantity from an external data source, like a notepad file field. Then, you can go and update that particular file's value, and when you use BatchMaker to print, all of the files should pull that global quantity...

I got your meaning, but each notepad file only controls 1 btw file?

And if I using Batchmaker, can I just use an external text file to select what btw files to print?

I converted all of the btw file to jpeg, created a template and use an excel file to control which

image to print and also the quantity, but the printout seems a little bit vague and unclear, especially on the small size label.

So I hope to find a way that I can batch print the original files with external control.

    Thanks for help!

No. Point all your files to the same notepad file, then you only have to update the quantity one time.

    I haven't tested this
