Vip 485

Wondering the DPI for VIP 485, I can only choose two options one for 300 dpi and 600 dpi.

 

The manufacturer claims 1200x1200 but i cannot achieve that in bartender software any help?

  You are correct, it looks like do indeed only support 300 and 600 dpi resolution.  I don't know why we don't support the higher resolutions if the printer does indeed offer it.  Have you asked for clarification from VIP Color?

  Maybe you can help me Ian, I am printing on the Vp 485 and the labels are coming out grainy, I am using PNG pictures....

  Are you using BarTender?  Make sure you have the latest service release installed for the version in use:  http://www.seagullscientific.com/label-software/service-releases.aspx
