No Printers For Print Station

    There is a setting in Print Station that restricts the users ability to change the printer.  Is it checked for those installations?

    Under Print Station Settings and the Print Settings, I have it set to On Mouse Click: Show Print Dialog and the Checkbox is checked for Allow user to change selected printer.

    Make sure to install the latest service release for BT v10.0:

    Are all of these printers network printers, or have you installed a local driver installation for some of these printers?

     

    Take a look as well at the system minimum specs and requirements, specially the one for .NET Framework:

    Ok, installing the newest Service Release of Bartender fixed this issue on one machine. The users can now see printers in the drop-down but on another machine it has the same issue even after a reinstall of the newest service release. Both machine are Windows 7 Pro the only difference is one machine is a newer desktop and the other is a slightly older laptop but same OS and same updates are installed.

    What about logging to this other machine (the one where it still doesn't work) as a different Windows user with more credentials (try a local admin and try as well a domain user)?
