Bartender 10.1 Sr3 Not Listening To The Printer Drivers Sato
We have Bartender version 10.1 SR3 installed on a Win 2008R2 server.
Our driver version is: 7.3.3
We have issues regarding our printer settings & Bartender. When we change the settings of that printer, i.e. under printing preferences > Pictures > We change the grid settings or contrast ..., and we do the print in Bartender these changes are not present on the document. The labels that come out of our printers keep having the same default raster, default contrast,... in the pictures (which are not good for our company) so in other words you can say that the changes did not apply at all.
In test i have installed the Bartender on a standalone computer took other the same drivers and tried others to but the problem still persists.
After that i did the same changes in the printer and did a print from out of paint and very strange the changes ARE applied. So this works well.
Now i am absolutely sure the problem has to be Bartender or some setting inside the preferences of Bartender that provides this issue.
I have take a look at some other toppics, one of them http://forums.seagullscientific.com/index.php?/topic/2529-bartender-101-sr3/ they are talking ther about Print Quality Issues could this be the same Bug?

Basically, to change driver document property of particular document, you need to open the document from BarTender, then change from print dialog > Document property button.
When you change driver's document property from printing preference, that will be used when you create a new document in BarTender, and the created document keeps that setting.
However it's still possible that pointed BT10.1SR3's image processing issue would affected. to check, please install BarTender 10.0 trial on another PC and check.
If that's the case, please wait for a while for release of fix, or contact to support.
