    I don't have a good idea - 7.75 was a quite old version and we might have unexpected issue upon update.

    make sure that...

    - When install and uninstall, login as local admin user rights.

    - After uninstallation of 7.75, remove files in ...  

      [C:\Program Files\Seagull] or [C:\Program Files (x86)\Seagull].

      [C:\ProgramData\Seagull] or [C:\Documents and Settings\All Users]

    - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Seagull Scientific

      (On 64 bit Windows, use this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Seagull Scientific)
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Seagull Scientific
     
    also, enabling BarTender logging from Administer menu might show some reason of why the printing failed.
