Have you tried to print a very simple label with just one text object on it? Try both with internal printer fonts and with Windows fonts and let us know the result.

If still problems, for the BarTender document making use of the internal Datamax fonts, go to the "File > Print" dialog, enable the "Print to File" checkbox and click "Print". Attach the BarTender document (.btw) and print file to this support topic by making use of the "More Reply Options" button.

We had creating a simple lable with a single text box in the template. The print preview looks fine. I have attached the files as requested. The system did not allow the 'prn' file so just changed the extension to 'txt'. Thanks for the support.

The print code looks correct to me.

In BarTender, under the "File > Print" Menu click on the "Document Properties..." button. Select the "Stock" tab and make sure to properly set the "Label Sensor" and "Post-Print Action" settings. Also, choose the "Options" tab, disable the "Use Current Printer Settings" and try increasing the print head temperature and decreasing the print speed.

Did you already try to print a text object which will use True Type fonts?
